| If you are listed on any of the US bourses then you know that you must comply with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations and file your information through their Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval system (EDGAR). It is not rocket science but it does require knowledge of mark-up languages such as HTML, XML or XBRL and can be very time consuming.
